Recognising Imbalanced Chakras

Can you detect an unbalanced chakra?

If one of the chakras is unbalanced you may feel different or unwell emotionally or even physically. One unbalanced chakra can also unbalance other chakras, as all the chakras need to be open and working in harmony to create a free flow of positive energy.

Chakras and our bodies are constantly changing from balance to imbalance, so it can be difficult to become fully aware of unbalanced chakras. It is important to learn and understand the emotional and physical clues that you can look out for to help you detect an imbalance.

Each chakra can be underactive or overactive which would cause different symptoms for the same unbalanced chakra. When a particular chakra is underactive the person will tend to express qualities that are associated with that chakra. When a chakra is overactive the person will tend to focus and live their life by those particular qualities to that chakra.

The best way to detect an imbalanced chakras is by looking out for recurring negative patterns or in your life, or look out for recurring ailments in the body.

What causes a chakra to become unbalanced?

Experiencing a mental or physical stress or trauma can cause one or more chakras to become unbalanced. Also, personal bad habits such as bad posture or poor physical alignment, poor eating habits or a self destructive behaviour can also effect the balance of the chakras.

Can an unbalanced chakra effect your health?

An unbalance chakra can negatively effect your body physically in the surrounding area, including bones, joints, organs and tissues. An imbalance can also effect a person emotionally, causing sadness, anger, fear, indecisiveness, which can lead to mental illness such as stress, depression and anxiety.
